UTV and Vishnuvardhan to team up for Yatchan

UTV Motion Pictures has announced its next film with Vishnuvardhan films titled Yatchan. The film will be directed by Vishnnuvardhan after the super hit Arrambam with Thala. The film will feature Arya and Kreshna in the lead roles. The team is currently on the look out for female leads and will be officially announced soon. It has Kishore, John Vijay, Thambi Ramaiah, M.S. Baskar and Robo Shankar in pivotal roles.

The music will be composed by Yuvan, cinematography by Vaagai Sooda Va fame Om Prakash and editing by Sreekar Prasad. Lalgudi N. Ilayaraja who won the National Award for Vishwaroopam will handle the art department. “Yatchan is a rom-com action entertainer with an interesting storyline and will showcase Arya and Kreshna in an all new avatar. Vishnu Vardhan is one of the top directors of Tamil cinema and we are confident that with his engaging screenplay and expert direction, the film will be a complete mass entertainer,” said G.  Yatchan is scheduled go on floors in the third week of April 2014 and aiming for a Pongal release.
