Sridevi on board for Vijay’s fantasy film

Vijay’s forthcoming project with Director Chimbu Devan has been making waves from every corner of the industry. In an interview to a daily, Sridevi BoneyKapoor has confirmed that she will be a part of the Vijay – Chimbudevan’s fantasy film. Sridevi plays one of the pivotal roles in the film and it will be predominantly shot in Chennai. In another interview, Sudeep of Naan Ee fame has confirmed that he was indeed approached by the team. “I might do a fantasy film in Tamil with Vijay,” exclaims Sudeep when asked about his next.

Vijay’s upcoming project fondly called by his fans as Vijay58 is a fantasy flick. Chimbu Devan’s quintessential thirst for making fantasy films is well-known, at least by now. Shruti Haasan is likely to the female lead for the film, says a reliable source. The film will be produced by Thameen films and Vijay’s long-time associate and PRO Selva Kumar.
