Thala 55 titled Aayiram Thottaakkal?

After a lot of hide and seek, Thala 55 officially started rolling from yesterday (April 11th). With a terrific ensemble cast and crew, the team is shooting its first schedule right now on the ECR stretch including some important portions being canned in VGP Golden Beach. Since Arvind Swami denied rumors of him being one of the antagonists in the film, actor Aadhi’s name surfaced few days back. Though not officially confirmed, it is likely that Trisha and Anushka Shetty play the lead roles and Arun Vijay is one the villains.

Dan Macarthur, the Australian cinematographer who has collaborated with GVM in STR-starrer has been roped in for Thala 55 too. Dan is using sophisticated high-end cameras to shoot significant stunt scenes in the film, say sources. The team is working on full swing and is keen to present the film’s first look poster on May 1, Thala’s birthday. Also, there are wild speculations that EM & C is designing the title for Thala 55 and it’s “Aayiram Thottaakkal.” Will Gautham Menon and team surprise Thala fans? The long-wait continues and the count down for the first-look officially begins now.
