Aravind Swami & Arun Vijay turns baddies for Ajith?
The day Thala55 project with Gautham Menon was revealed, there have been a plethora of rumors and speculations about the film every now and then. The tinsel town is abuzz with endless propositions on cast and crew of the film. Now, the hearsay has it that Arvind Swamy, Maniratnam’s favorite doer and Arun Vijay, veteran actor Vijayakumar’s son will do the villain roles in the film. Also, this is the first time Arvind Swamy and Arun Vijay are plaing antagonists for a film. And, what better film to show your grey side than in a Thala film.
The hunt for heroines has already started and the team has zeroed in on the gorgeous dame Anushka Shetty and are contemplating Amy Jackson for another role. It would be heartening if Harris and GVM reconcile their misunderstandings and reunite for this film. SR Kathir, the cinematographer of Subramaniyapuram will wield the camera, says sources. Thala 55, to be directed by Gautham Menon and produced by Sri Satya Sai Movies is yet to go on floors and the official announcement is still awaited. Last week, the karate master Shihan Hussaini of Badri fame denied rumors of him being a part of the film. All we need is an official word from the captain of the ship, GVM.
