Santhanam is back as Hero

Santhanam, being the busiest comedian in K’Town nearly a decade is all set to sport his avatar as Hero yet again. The star was seen in lead role lastly in ‘Arai En 305-il Kadavul’ which came in the year 2008. Now with Maryada Ramanna remake, Santhanam is gearing to showcase him as Hero and this remake has been titled “Vallavanukku Pullum Aayudham”.

VPA will be directed by Actor Srinath who was seen as comedian in many movies and also former associate director to Late Jeeva, is thrilled to direct his good buddy Santhanam as a front lead. It is worth mentioning here the actor turned director also directed a film ‘Muthirai’ which had Daniel Balaji in lead role. Solar Star Rajakumaran (Devayani’s Husband) will be seen in a comical role in this film and Ashna Zaveri a new face will be pairing opposite Santhanam. Music for this film will be scored by Siddharth Vipin who scored for Idharkuthaane Aasaipattai Balakumara and Camera will be handled by Shakthi. Santhanam will also co-produce this movie under his banner Hand made films whereas the major funding will be done by PVP Cinemas.
