Script is the hero for a film – Vetri Maaran
Since the national award winning film-maker Vetrimaaran’s recently announced Vada Chennai with STR is shelved temporarily, the director has been keeping himself busy with other projects. He’s co-producing the Atharva Murali starer Eetti with Michael Rayappan. It is also worth mentioning that he had written the dialogues for the Udhayam NH-4.
He’s currently working on his un-named project with Dhanush for the third time. When asked what plays the important role in a film, a script or budget? He quickly conceded saying that script is the hero of any film and that budget is always secondary. He also said even films with big names cannot fare without a strong script. On the flipside, even small actors can do wonders with beautiful scripts and elevate the success of a film, said the director.
