Suriya44 wrapped up, is it targeting a Pongal 2025 release?

Suriya and Karthik Subbaraj have tuned up to complete the shoot for the Suriya44, in a span of just four months. This is a rapid piece of work from the team, even after they have shot the film in multiple locations with a large crew. Karthik Subbaraj shared a long tweet with his love for Suriya, and pictures of Karthik, Suriya and Joju George together have been flooding the internet.

In terms of the release, Suriya44 will be taking some time and is unlikely to make it to the big screens for Pongal 2025, and will most likely look at the early summer slot for the release in theatres. The film is produced by 2D Entertainment and Stone Bench together, and has music by Santhosh Narayanan.
