Karthi achieves 150 crore pre-release business for his Diwali release Japan!

Actor Karthi is one of the actors in Kollywood with an exciting slate of films which are taking him to the next level. His first release from here however will be Japan, the action comedy which is releasing in theatres this Diwali. The film features Karthi playing a small time thief, and has music by GV Prakash. Only a single song is left to be shot for the film, which will be done very soon.

According to the trade, Karthi’s Japan has hit the roof with its pre-release business already hitting close to 150 crores. The film has already got done with its OTT sales, and the theatrical rights are said to be valued at huge numbers owing to his recent hit streak.
