Darbar: Rajinikanth scores hat-trick of Rs 15 crores grossers in Chennai box-office
Superstar Rajinikanth’s Darbar has quietly limped past the Rs 15 crores gross mark in Chennai city box-office in 25 days.
It’s the third successive film of Rajinikanth to sail past the Rs 15 crores mark after Shankar’s magnum-opus 2.0 and Karthik Subbaraj’s Petta which released for last Pongal. With this feat, Rajinikanth becomes the only Tamil actor to have this phenomenal record.
Rajinikanth is currently shooting for director Siva’s Thalaivar 168, where he co-stars with Keerthy Suresh and Nayanthara.
