Vada Chennai 2 needs a big budget: Vetrimaaran

Talking about the rise of Anbu, the character played by Dhanush in Vada Chennai, director Vetrimaaran, in a recent interaction, says that it’s difficult to make the sequel to the film in today’s times.

“Vada Chennai 2 needs a big budget. But I hope to make the film soon,” said Vetrimaaran who is currently basking in the glory of his blockbuster Asuran with Dhanush and Manju Warrier. Vetrimaaran’s next will be produced by RS Infotainment and will star Soori in the lead role. The film is based on a poem written by the late writer Na Muthukumar.
