Nayanthara’s Airaa to have a special black-and-white flashback portion

The teaser of Lady Superstar Nayanthara’s Airaa which was launched yesterday evening showcased an emotional horror thriller that would have the hugely talented actress bringing yet another important subject to the big screen. Apart from the usual scares and stylish moments for the actress, what catches the eye is a terrific makeover for the actress in what will be a special black-and-white portion for the flashback episodes in the film.

Nayanthara seemingly plays a timid schoolgirl in this part of the film, which has been entirely shot in black-and-white according to the director Sarjun’s latest interview. The director chose this color presentation at the writing stage itself, in contrast to the sepia approach which is usually adopted.
