Akshay Kumar on board Kamal Haasan’s Indian 2?

Akshay Kumar has been reportedly signed to play an important role in Kamal Haasan’s Indian 2 directed by Shankar as a replacement to Ajay Devgn. Sources say Ajay has opted out of the film due to reasons best known to the team.

Produced by Lyca, the project will mark Akshay’s second consecutive project with director Shankar if he formally comes on board. Kajal Aggarwal has been signed to play an important role in the film, which will have music composed by Anirudh Ravichander.
