Change in production house for Karthik Subbaraj – Dhanush project

Only Kollywood has reliably learned that Thenandal Studios, which was earlier supposed to bankroll Jigarthanda filmmaker Karthik Subbaraj’s next yet-untitled project with Dhanush, has pulled out.

But, the project is not being dropped and Karthik has landed a new production house now. Sources say Sashikanth of YNOT Studios is likely to take over the production of the film.

An official announcement is expected to be made after all the agreement formalities are finalized. Karthik Subbaraj is currently waiting for the release of his silent thriller Mercury, which is set to hit screens on April 13th.
