2.0 to release for Independence Day?

It’s getting really frustrating for the fans as the release of Superstar Rajinikanth’s 2.0 keeps getting postponed day after the other. Just when the teaser release was supposed to take place with an April end release in the view, the VFX company who worked on the film went off guard, delaying the project even further.

Now, sources say that Lyca Productions are doing the damage control in full swing and will be preparing the move in time for an August 15 release this year.

Shankar and his team are working round the clock with a truckload of assistants to put together the pieces as soon as possible. Let’s look forward to an official announcement from the team.
