I sincerely apologize for my mistakes: Simbu at Sakka Podu Podu Raja audio launch

Speaking at the audio launch of Santhanam’s Sakka Podu Podu Raja, Simbu apologized for his mistakes regarding the disastrous performance of AAA at the box office.

“I agree that I have done mistakes. I sincerely apologize for it too. But you can’t stop me from acting or entertaining my fans. I just wish that an issue which could have been sorted out amicably has been needlessly blown out of proportion. I don’t feel the need for these accusations to surface six months after the film’s release. It could have been earlier,” said Simbu.

Simbu also said, “AAA was supposed to be made as a single part. Due to overshoot of budget, it had to be shot as two parts. I apologize for any mistakes if I had done any.”

About rumours that he’s dropped from the Mani Ratnam film, Simbu said, “The project is still on. I’m really not sure why he loves me like you guys. He has not discussed anything with me regarding the controversy. We are starting the shooting from January 20th.”

On his relationship with Dhanush, Simbu said, “He’s a great supporter of me. Despite various rumours in the media, we always share a healthy relationship and been a fan of each other’s growth.”

Sakka Podu Podu Raja is all set to hit screens on December 22nd.
