Thiruttu Payale 2 talks about the perils of social media: Director Susi Ganesan

Director Susi Ganesan has said that Thiruttu Payale 2 talks about the perils of social media. “The kind of wrongdoings youngsters indulge on social media is incredible. My movie is not a sequel to Thiruttu Payale. It’s a better version of Thiruttu Payale. I have raised some important questions in the film on technological advancements,” says Susi Ganesan.

“I narrated the one-line of Thiruttu Payale 2 to Kalpathi Aghoram sir long back. He immediately gave his nod to the project but I took some time,” adds Susi.

The movie, which stars Amala Paul, Bobby Simha and Prasanna in the lead roles, is slated to hit screens tomorrow, November 30th alongside Vijay Antony’s Annadurai.
