Dhruva Natchathiram: Ravi K. Chandran’s son replaces cinematographer Jomon T John
Veteran cinematographer Ravi K. Chandran’s son, Santhana Krishnan, will make his cinematography debut in Tamil cinema through Gautham Menon-Vikram’s international spy thriller Dhruva Natchathiram, the shooting of which is currently underway.
Santhana Krishnan has a handful of experience working as an assistant cinematographer on Hind projects such as Ram-Leela,Bewakoofiyaan, Happy New Year and Yamla Pagla Deewana. Santhanam made his debut as a cinematographer in the Malayalam film Two Countries in 2015. He has now replaced lensman Jomon T John, who has opted out of Dhruva Natchathiram for reasons best known to the team.
