“Cho Ramasamy advised me to buy Chennai Super Kings,” reveals Rajinikanth

In a surprising revelation, Superstar Rajinikanth said the late Cho Ramaswamy advised him to buy Chennai Super Kings team in IPL. Speaking at the 47th anniversary of Tughlaq, Rajinikanth said, “Cho Ramaswamy was an astute political advisor to the politicians clan in Tamil Nadu. Each and every politician in Tamil Nadu at one point of time must have listened to Cho in their career,” said Rajinikanth.

“When the Indian Premiere League was announced, Cho advised me to buy the Chennai team,” added Rajinikanth. On the professional front, Rajinikanth will soon resume the shooting of Shankar’s 2.o, which is nearing the final stages. Produced by Lyca Productions, 2.o, which stars Akshay Kumar and Amy Jackson in important roles, is slated for worldwide release on October 18th for Diwali festival.
