Late Former CM Jayalalitha’s Adimai Penn & Ayirathil Oruvan to be screened in CIFF
As a mark of respect to the tremendous support offered by late former Chief Minister Jayalalitha to the Chennai International Film Festival, the team has decided to showcase two of her films in the festival which runs between January 5th and 12th, 2017.
“As a mark of respect to the veteran in the Film Industry and the Iron Lady, our Beloved Former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu Puratchi Thalaivi AMMA who had created History by becoming the Chief minister of Tamil Nadu consecutively for the second term after 32 years, we, Indo Cine Appreciation Foundation are proud to present two of her popular films Aayirathil Oruvan & Adimai Penn as a Homage to AMMA at our 14th edition of Chennai International Film Festival scheduled from 05th to 12th January 2017. Both the films will be screened at Casino Theatre”, reads an official statement from the team.
