Joker clears censors with a clean U
Raju Murugan’s sophomore feature Joker has cleared censors with a clean U certificate. Originally reported to hit screens on July 1st, Joker was postponed due to the rush of releases in July. Now, the makers have confirmed that the film will see the light of day soon, most likely on August 19th.
Starring Somasundaram of Aaranya Kaandam in the lead role, Joker has debutantes Ramya and Gayathri as female leads. Produced by Dream Warrior Pictures, the music for the film is composed by Sean Roldan, who has delivered a chartbuster album.
