Idhu Namma Aalu TN Box-Office Report

The Simbu – Nayanthara – Soori – Andrea starrer Idhu Namma Aalu, directed by Pandiraj and released by Sri Thenandal Films, has come out with a very good performance in its opening weekend. The opening Tamil Nadu gross is said to be around 14 crores, which is by far the best in Simbu’s career thus far. The film also carries a tax free status in TN, thereby enabling faster recovery for trade stakeholders.

The word of mouth for INA is above average and the film seems to have connected well with youngsters particularly. The weekdays are expected to be decent.

June 3 would see the release of Iraivi and Velainu Vandhutta Vellaikaaran and we have to see if Idhu Namma Aalu will continue to be the first choice of movie goers in its 2nd week too.
