“No one could do this role but Dhanush,” says Prabhu Solomon

After proving his mettle in different backdrops, Prabhu Solomon is gearing up for his next release Thodari, starring Dhanush and Keerthy Suresh in the lead roles, which is completely set in the backdrop of a train journey. “The film starts in Delhi. After one and a half days, the train arrives to Chennai. What happens in between forms the story. If you are a frequent traveller, you will certainly meet a lot of interesting characters in the train,” Prabhu Solomon adds.

“A big-budget film like this needs a big hero. And if an actor like Dhanush who conceives the character well is on board, half of my job is done. The script demands an indigenous face, an actor who can imbibe unrelenting acting skill. No one could do this role but Dhanush,” Prabhu adds. The film’s album composed by D. Imman is eagerly awaited since Imman-Prabhu Solomon combo has a good reputation for memorable albums in the past. Thodari is gearing up for summer release.
