Prabhu Solomon confirms Kumki 2

Prabhu Solomon has confirmed that he will be working on a sequel to his hit film Kumki, which marked the debut of Vikram Prabhu and Lakshmi Menon. “I’m definitely planning to do Kumki 2. This time, I will do the film on a high-budget. However, I’m yet to decide whether to rope in the same actors or get a different cast on board,” said Prabhu Solomon.

“Currently, I’m busy with the post production of my film with Dhanush. We are planning to release the film sometime in May or June. I can think of Kumki 2 only after that,” he added. Dhanush is paired opposite Keerthy Suresh in the film, which is tentatively titled Rail.
