Gautham Menon to revive ‘Enmel Paayum Thoatta’ with Dhanush

Before Suriya and Gautham Menon infamously parted ways few years back, the latter narrated three scripts (Dhruva Natchathiram, Ennai Noakki Paayum Thoatta and Thuppariyum Anand) to the former, who had rejected all three. Now, it looks like Gautham Menon is all set to revive one of the scripts with Dhanush, who has expressed his liking to work on it.

The film, which is reportedly titled Enmel Paayum Thoatta now, is billed as an action thriller set in the backdrop of gang wars. Gautham will set the ball rolling from the month of March as soon as Dhanush completes Kodi later this month. Gautham, who is well known for shooting his films beyond the stipulated time period, is planning to wrap up the project in just two months this time.

Since Dhanush has also signed the English-language film The Extraordinary Journey of the Fakir Who Got Trapped in an Ikea Wardrobe, which goes on floors in Jodhpur from June 22nd, we have to wait and see when his gravely anticipated Vada Chennai with director Vetrimaaran kickstarts.
