Rajini Murugan breaches $100K at the US box office

Rajini Murugan has breached the prestigious $100K at the US box office and has become the first film for Sivakarthikeyan to touch the mark. For an emerging actor of his stature, this is indeed a huge achievement irrespective of the film’s selling price.

Trade sources suggest that the film needs to do a business of $120K at the box office to break even for distributors since the price for which the rights were bought was exorbitant. Sivakarthikeyan is currently busy working on his comedy entertainer with director Bakkiyaraj Kannan where he will be seen in different makeovers.
