Music composition for Vijay 60 begins with a pooja

The music composition of Vijay 60 kickstarted officially with a formal pooja organized yesterday with Santhosh Narayanan, director Bharathan and Vijaya Productions team. Ilayathalapathy Vijay, who just returned to the city from Ladakh, was quite conspicuous by his absence. Sources say another pooja may happen before the shooting starts in March or April with Vijay in attendance.

Produced by Vijaya Productions, Vijay 60 is directed by Bharathan of Azhagiya Tamizh Magan fame. The music is composed by Santhosh Narayanan and editing will be taken care of by Praveen KL. Billed to be a commercial entertainer, the female lead for the project is yet to be finalized. Miya George, who was reported to play a pivotal role in the project, has denied it as rumors.
