8K Miles Media, Tentkotta acquire US rights of Bairavaa
8K Miles Media- a South Asian Media Syndicate, in association with B&B Entertainment and Tentkotta- a legal and popular Tamil films’ streaming portal, will be releasing Ilayathalapathy Vijay’s 60th Movie- A Mass Action Entertainer “BAIRAVAA” in the USA.
“The price paid to secure this project, makes it the highest ever for a non-Rajinikanth film in the US,” said an official statement.
“We are quite excited about presenting Bairavaa in the USA- the biggest release for Ilayathalapathy Vijay’s 60th movie. And we are confident that the film will rake in the moolah at the box office,” says Suresh Venkatachari, Chairman of 8K Miles Media Group.
Under the aegis of Vijaya Productions and direction of Bharathan, of Azhagiya Tamizh Magan fame, Bairavaa has become one of the most anticipated Tamil films, with its shooting currently under way. It stars Keerthy Suresh as the female lead. The music for Bairavaa is being composed by Santhosh Narayanan.
The supporting cast of Bairavaa has also genuinely raised expectations towards the film. Daniel Balaji, Sharath Lohithsawa- of Pandianaadu fame- and Jagapathi Babu form the dependable cast in negative roles; while Sathish, who shared screen space with Vijay in Kaththi, will provide comic relief in the movie.
