40 scenes of Adangamaru were re-written to reduce violence: Director Karthik
Debutant director Karthik Thangavel who is all set to make his entry into the industry with Jayam Ravi’s Adangamaru, said that he had to rewrite 40 scenes of the script in order to tone down the violence and the brutality that the film initially had.
“The first version and the final version are very different, but for the main plot. Jayam Ravi was the one who advised me to tone down the rawness of the film and make it suitable for all types of audiences. I am a fun-loving person in real life but I have brought out all the anger on the society through my film,” he said.
Adangamaru will hit the screens on the 21st of December.
