2.0’s background score gives you the feeling of a Spiderman and Batman: Shankar

At the pre-release event of 2.0 that took place yesterday, director Shankar was in huge praise of composer AR Rahman’s work for the film. He said that the composer took six months to work on the background score, which gives you the feel of watching a Spiderman or Batman movie.

Contrary to popular belief, Shankar said that 2.0 is not a complex technology-oriented sci-fi thriller and is an action entertainer that will satisfy the masses. “The trailer of the film does not give out the whole story, there is a soulful message that the film carries,” he said.

The director has requested all the audiences to watch the film in 3D to get the best effect.
