2.0 unseats Kabali to become Rajinikanth’s highest-grossing film in Chennai

Superstar Rajinikanth’s 2.0 has unseated Kabali to emerge as his highest-grossing film in Chennai city with a six-day total of Rs 12.58 crores. Kabali earlier held the record with Rs 12.35 crores.

Now, the film is holding the fourth spot at the all-time highest-grossing movies list in Chennai city. While Baahubali: The Conclusion leads the pack, Thalapathy Vijay’s Sarkar and Mersal are at the second and third positions respectively.
