Superstar Rajinikanth’s 2.0 is gearing up for a massive 7000-screen release in India on November 29th. The film will be released in almost all the 3D screens in India next Friday since it’s been shot in native 3D cameras by cinematography Nirav Shah.
North India is going to contribute big with nearly 4200 screens, followed by AP and Telangana where the movie will land in more than 1200 screens. It’s already the widest release ever for an Indian film, unseating Baahubali 2‘s record of 6500 screens. Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions is presenting the movie in North India.
Directed by Shankar and produced by Lyca, 2.0 also stars Akshay Kumar and Amy Jackson in important roles.
