2.0 defeats Baahubali: The Conclusion to become widest Indian theatrical release
Superstar Rajinikanth’s 2.0 has defeated Baahubali: The Conclusion to become the widest Indian theatrical release with nearly 10,500 screens worldwide.
The movie directed by Shankar and produced by Lyca will release in a whopping 4,500 screens in North India alone. The TN will have a showcase of 900 screens and the Telugu states will have 1100 screens. Kerala has around 450 screens and Karnataka will have 400 screens.
The movie also features Akshay Kumar in the antagonist role and he has been showering lavish praise on Rajinikanth in all his recent interactions with the media. 2.0 is all set to hit screens tomorrow worldwide.
