13th Chennai International Film Festival has been rescheduled

Originally slated to happen between December 10th and December 17th, the 13th Chennai International Film Festival was postponed due to the devastated torrential rains that left lakhs of households in Chennai inundated. The executive committee has now announced the new dates for the festival.

It has been rescheduled to happen between January 6th, 2016 and January 13th, 2016. The festival will showcase 183 films from various countries over its eight-day period. The highlights of this year will be the special tributes to late veteran filmmaker K Balachander and Aachi Manorama.
