“We have accelerated the work for April 14th release,” says Atlee

Director Atlee has confirmed once again that his team has accelerated the post production of Theri to get the film on screens for April 14th for the Tamil New Year weekend. “We had planned to complete the project in 140 days. But we finished it in 135 days. We worked nonstop for the past 80-85 days,” said Atlee.

“Everyone is asking about the film’s teaser. We are yet to start working on it and will do soon. Now only everything is set. The post production work, dubbing will progress swiftly over the next few days,” Atlee added. Theri has Samantha and Amy Jackson as female leads. The music for the film is composed by GV Prakash.

Meanwhile, Vijay’s recent picture from the shooting spot is going viral since the actor is seen in a short-trimmed hair with a fatigued look, reminiscing one of his makeovers in the superhit film Friends.
