Vijay Vasanth’s Jigina is a romantic comedy

Vijay Vasanth has signed his next film with director Nandha Periyasamyof Oru Kalluriyin Kathai and Maathiyosi fame. The film is titled Jigina and is said to be a romantic comedy. Vijay Vasanth is currently acting in Raja Pandi’s Shigandi which is already on floors. Jigina is touted be a colorful and youthful film which will cater to all kinds of audiences.

“The story is about a dark guy, who falls in love with a fair girl. The plot is about how the guy overcomes his inferiority complex and succeeds in love. This is an out-and-out comedy film with romance woven to it. We will be shooting in the city for 40 days and then we are planning to shoot in places like Goa and Puducherry,” says director Nandha to a daily.
