Vijay 61 to be wrapped up by July end

The complete shooting of Vijay 61 will be wrapped up by the end of July. According to bankable sources, the team has completed nearly 70% of the shooting including two songs on Kajal Aggarwal and Nithya Menen apiece with Vijay.

Now, the Chennai leg of shooting is briskly progressing and sources say Samantha’s portions will be less but pivotal to the story. AR Rahman composes music for the film, which is being directed by Atlee. Thenandal Films is planning to launch the audio in August and release the movie for Diwali.
