Vijay 61 centered on a social issue!

While director Atlee handled women safety in Theri, his next collaboration with Vijay, fondly called by fans as Vijay 61, is also said to revolve around an important social issue. The team is currently shooting in the city with Vijay, SJ Suryah and Nithya Menen.

Kajal Aggarwal, who plays one of the female leads, alongside Samantha Ruth Prabhu, will join the team in April after completing her portions for Ajith’s Vivegam. Produced by Sri Thenandal Films, Vijay 61 has music composed by AR Rahman and features Vijay in a triple role.
