Vedalam is Ajith’s widest release in the UK
With 58 locations for Vedalam in the UK, Ajith has breached all his earlier records and sets a new benchmark for himself in the territory. Puli, the other big budget release of the year, was also planned in 58 locations but it eventually got 62 locations during release in the UK.
The exact number of locations will be known on the eve of release. Already, the premiere shows have been confirmed in the US on November 9th at 7 PM. Vedalam will battle it out with Kamal Haasan’s Thoongaa Vanam at the ticket window for the festival of lights. This is the fourth occasion where Ajith and Kamal Haasan are facing head-on at the box office.
