Vadivelu to act in a 18th century film

Vadivel’s comeback film Tenaliraman opened to mixed reviews from critics and didn’t fare well at the box-office. But, the veteran comedian doesn’t make any qualms about it and has already started listening to the scripts for his next film. Yuvaraj Dhayalan, the director of Tenaliraman has narrated a story and Vadivelu seems to have been impressed by the same.

Yuvaraj has also confirmed the same in an interview saying he has not narrated the story but the one-liner to Vadivelu and the latter has asked him to come up with the full story. The story is set in the 18th century and will not be a regular historical film. He has promised that this will be a new experience for film buffs in Tamil cinema. Other details about the cast and crew will be made official once the script is materialised.
