Trisha plays dog lover in Appa Takkar
That Trisha is an ardent dog lover and has been a vocal PETA member is a long-known fact. So, what happens when a role a resembling her real-life personality comes her way? She grabs it by the neck. “I play a modern girl who is fond of dogs. So, it is almost like I play myself. Appa Takkar is proving to be one of my most fun shoots,” says Trisha.
Billed as a commercial entertainer, Appa Takkar is directed by Suraj and has Trisha as female lead. It also marks the comeback of Anjali to silver screen after two years. Vivek provides comic relief. The team is currently shooting in Pollachi.
