“There is a message in 2.0,” reveals Akshay Kumar

Akshay Kumar, who plays an important role with negative shades in 2.0, confirms that he will start shooting for the film next month. “I really liked the script of 2.0. It teaches you something. There is a message in the film. More than a year is left for the film’s release,” said Akshay who is currently busy running from pillar to post to promote his forthcoming release Airlift.

Directed by Shankar and produced by Lyca Productions, 2.0 features Rajinikanth and Amy Jackson in the lead roles. With a stellar international crew on board, the project started rolling last month and the team is currently on a short break. Sources say the shooting will resume from the 23rd of January. Rajinikanth is currently busy shooting for Kabali in Chettinadu Hospital which is located on the Old Mahabalipuram Road.
