“There are lots of Malayalam dialogues in Theri,” reveals Atlee

Director Atlee has revealed that Theri has lots of Malayalam dialogues. “Almost 40% of the film is happening in Kerala. As you see in the trailer, Vijay sir’s character Joseph Kuruvilla is settled there. So, the state also plays a crucial part in the narration of my film,” says Atlee.

“There are lots of Malayalam dialogues in the film as a major portion is set against the backdrop of Kerala. From the conception stage itself, I decided to place that portion there,” Atlee adds. Produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu, Theri stars Samantha and Amy Jackson as female leads. The film is reportedly set for release on April 14th.
