Stellar and Suave!

Though Thani Oruvan is more of a script-centered soundtrack with little scope for experimentation, the composer makes this worth a listen with a couple of interesting tracks which will hit the marquee easily. Hip Hop Tamizha's musical quality is slowly picking its pace with every album.

  • Thani Oruvan: Singers – Hip Hop Tamizha, Bobo Shashi: Complete with a catchy tune and computer sounds, Hip Hop Tamizha cooks up a stylish intro song. The only drawback here is Bobo Shashi’s hard vocals
  • Kannala Kannala: Singers – Kaushik Krish, Padmalatha: The composer hands over an easy tune to Kaushik and Padmalatha, who add a ton of charm instantly. The sufi-ish hook makes this stick around in your head. Our PICK!
  • Kadhal Cricket: Singer – Khareshma Ravichandran: You will be humming this number even before you know it. With the unorthodox vocals of Khareshma Ravichandran, this mischievous number has a couple of interesting lines in the lyrical department too, making it a clinger. Another PICK in the album
  • Theemai Dhan Vellum: Singers – Arvind Swami, Hip Hop Tamizha: A swag-centered twist at the background score of the villain. Hip Hop Tamizha’s lyrics and Arvind Swami’s dialogues mix pretty nicely
  • Aasai Peraasai: Singers – Jayam Ravi: Jayam Ravi hits back at the earlier track, making this a cool tug. The cat-and-mouse feel begins to venture in with the dialogues making a mark.
