A sneak peek into Uttama Villain trailer

After a disappointing no-show in 2014, Kamal Haasan is gearing up for a busy 2015 with his films – Uttama Villain, Papanasam and Vishwaroopam 2 – set to see the light of day. For Kamal Haasan fans, the year officially kickstarts with the trailer of Uttama Villain, directed by Ramesh Aravind, on January 14th for Pongal festival. Certified U, the run-time of the trailer is around 1 minute and 33 seconds.

The trailer starts with the late legend K Balachander’s proud gait with Kamal Haasan followed by shots of Ulaganayagan’s diverse getups for the film. Later, there’s a scene where Kamal requests his mentor K Balachander to listen to his ‘story’ too. Then, KB obliges and switches on a time clock and ordering Kamal Haasan to narrate his story in one minute. This is said to be the highlight of the trailer.
