Simha’s next titled ‘Paambhu Sattai’, to helmed by Shankar’s protege
Bobby Simha, who was lastly seen in a brief role in the recently released horror-film Aaah, is all set to begin his next. Titled Paambhu Sattai, the film has Bobby Simha playing the lead role. It is produced by Manobala’s Picture House in collaboration with Radhika Sarathkumar’s Magic Frames. This marks Manobala second production venture after Sathuranga Vettai, one of the highly profitable films of 2014.
Paambhu Sattai will be directed by Adam Dasan, a former associate of Shankar and goes on floors tomorrow. Ajeesh Ashok, best known for winning Vijay TV’s Airtel Super Singer competition, is debuting as a composer. Paambhu Sattai is slated for a mid-summer release. However, this is not the first film featuring Bobby Simha as the lead hero. He is already part of Urumeen directed by Sakthivel Perumalsamy which was started few months back. It is in its final leg of shooting.
