Pasanga 2 Theme

Pleasant, jocular soundtrack

Arrol Correlli dishes out a completely feel-good album in the name of Pasanga 2. Albeit the songs not being radio-friendly, they are instantly likable and will plug in until the movie comes by. If you are scouting out for some lilting music which should be easy on the ears, look no further.

Cast: Suriya, Amala Paul

Music: Aroll Corelli

Lyrics: Karky, Na Muthukumar, Yugabharathi

Director: Pandiraj

Label: Sony Music

Chota Bheema: Singers – Yazhini, AL Srikanth

More like an intro song for the kids, which talks about their little dreams in a cherubic manner. The mischievousness is felt in both the music and the lyrics, with a special mention going out to the kids who have crooned it.

Tham Tham: Singer – Anand

A song which is all about positive vibes. Arrol Correlli makes use of an instantly hummable hook and muxes it with some basic but beautiful notes. Look out for the lovely interludes belted on xylophones and string sets. Anand’s vocals are a flawless fit to this track, making it our PICK!

Kaatukulla Kannakatti: Singer – Anand

Routine setup with Anand on the mic again. The fun sounds which intervene regularly make it worthwhile.

Pookalai Killi Vandhu: Singer – Yazin Nizar

Moving lyrics from Madhan Karky constitute this beauty, which is rendered pretty well by Yazin Nizar. One of the better pathos tracks in recent times. Another PICK!

Pasanga 2 Theme

Though it quite long for a theme, Corelli plays around with the violins as well as we have seen him doing it in Pisaasu. You might expect a cheerful tune here, but looks like this will go with the defining moments of the film.
