Keerthy Suresh confirmed for Sandakozhi 2
Keerthy Suresh has been confirmed to play the lead heroine in Vishal’s Sandakozhi 2 with director Lingusamy. The project will start rolling from February 2017 after Vishal completes his ongoing commitments including Mysskin’s detective thriller Thupparivaalan and debutant PS Mithran’s Irumbu Thirai.
Keerthy Suresh has been the most sought-after female lead this year following her super hits with Sivakarthikeyan in Rajini Murugan and Remo, and her consecutive high-profile projects including Vijay’s Bairavaa and Suriya’s Thaanaa Serndha Koottam. Sandakozhi 2 marks her first association with Vishal. While Raj Kiran’s role has been retained by Lingusamy for the sequel, sources say he’s in talks with Sathyaraj to essay the role of Lal who played the main villain in the first part.
