Karthi to share screen-space with Nagarjuna?

Actor Karthi who is currently busy shooting for director Muthaiah’s Komban, may share screen-space with Nagarjuna for a Telugu film, say sources. Rumors are rife in Tollywood media that popular director Vamsi Paidipalli had earlier narrated a script to Nagarjuna and Junior NTR. So the hearsay has it that since Junior NTR is backed out of the project, Vamsi is contemplating Karthi’s name for the project. Karthi’s films have always done average to good business in Andhra Pradesh unlike his brother Suriya who has a dominating presence in AP.

But, the director’s camp says nothing has been confirmed yet and an official press release regarding the project will come out soon. Karthi is awaiting the release of Madras this month and he has also signed Lingusamy’s Yenni Yezhu Naal, which is likely to go on the floors in November once Komban is wrapped up.
