Kaatru Veliyidai crosses the halfway mark
Mani Ratnam is swiftly shooting his romance drama Kaatru Veliyidai, which has already crossed the halfway mark with 55% of shoot already completed. Karthi will be seen sporting three looks in the film including a clean-shaven makeover, which is a first for him.
Produced by Madras Talkies and presented by Sri Thenandal Films, Kaatru Veliyidai features Aditi Rao Hydari as the lead heroine. RJ Balaji, veteran Malayalam actress KPAC Lalitha, dancer-actress Rukmini Vijayakumar of Shamitabh fame, Shraddha Srinath of U-Turn fame and Bollywood actor Vipin Sharma form the supporting cast. AR Rahman composes music.
