Director Vinoth opens up about Sathuranga Vettai

Sathuranga Vettai is all set to hit screens on July 18th. Produced by Manobala and presented by Lingusamy for Thirupathi Brothers, Sathuranga Vettai is directed by debutant Vinoth. “My film is about the pace at which we all want to make money in our lives. It’s about the anger of common man who thinks money is the solution to all his problems. When there’s imbalance in nature, we experience tsunami and earthquake. Likewise, my story is about the imbalance in the social morals of a common man,” says Vinoth.

The narration is laced with a lot of fun, satire and dark humor on the lines of Nalan Kumarasamy’s Soodhu Kavvum. It has cinematographer-actor Natraj Subramaniam aka Nutty playing the lead role and debutante Ishara as his love interest. The film also has a good supporting cast in Ilavarasu, Piraisudan and Ponvannan. With Sean Roldan’s sensational album, the film is eagerly awaited.
